Andrew doesn't advise on global mobility from behind a desk — he lives it. Born in Australia to British parents, he holds multiple citizenships and residencies across several continents. He splits his time between Dubai and Panama City, and has travelled to over 70 countries — not as a tourist, but as someone who has personally navigated the immigration systems, opened the bank accounts, filed the paperwork, and dealt with the bureaucracy firsthand.
He has completed every single residency and citizenship program that Nomad Blueprint offers. Paraguay, Uruguay, Panama, Serbia, UAE — he's been through the entire process himself, from the first consultation to the final cedula or visa stamp. There is no theory here. He understands the grit, the frustrations, the waiting, and the breakthroughs — because he's lived through all of it.
Beyond immigration, Andrew is a serial entrepreneur with multiple successful businesses and real estate investments spanning 10+ countries. He founded Nomad Blueprint because he saw too many people overpaying for mediocre advice from firms that had never actually gone through the process themselves. His mission is simple: give people a genuine Plan B, a Plan C, and a tax-optimised structure — built by someone who has actually done it.

Head of Legal
A seasoned commercial and tax lawyer with deep expertise in cross-border structuring, international tax treaties, and corporate compliance. Nadja leads our legal team and oversees every residency application, company incorporation, and tax planning engagement to ensure full regulatory compliance across all jurisdictions we operate in.
Alex Alvarez
Regional Manager — Panama
Born and raised in Panama, Alex is our on-the-ground expert for all Central American operations. He manages the full residency application pipeline for Panama, coordinates with local immigration attorneys, and personally guides clients through the process — from bank account opening to cedula issuance.
Marco Fernandez
Regional Manager — Paraguay & Uruguay
With years of experience navigating South American immigration systems, Marco oversees all residency operations in Paraguay and Uruguay. He has personally assisted hundreds of clients through the cedula process and maintains close relationships with immigration officials and local legal partners in both countries.
Elena Rossi
Head of Client Success
Elena ensures every client's journey from initial consultation to final approval is seamless. She manages our client success pipeline, coordinates between regional teams, and serves as the primary point of contact for high-value engagements. Her background in project management and international relations makes her the glue that holds complex multi-country cases together.
Daniel Kovac
Customer Experience
Daniel is the first point of contact for every new inquiry. He manages our intake process, answers initial questions, schedules consultations, and ensures prospective clients are matched with the right program and regional team. His multilingual skills and deep product knowledge make him invaluable for our diverse international client base.
